St Dismas Guild were very involved in the pro life movement, attended a Conference on the Family and began a NFP (Natural Family Planning) center. This new outreach was presented to the board in 2000 and the name, "Culture of Life Family Services" was chosen. Culture of Life Family Services is sponsored by St. Dismas Guild founders Deacon Ken and Marie Finn. Their love of the Lord and the sacredness of Life has led them to establish this center.
Culture of Life Family Services is now a non-profit organization dedicated to helping women and families in unplanned crisis pregnancies and offering a true choice to abortion methods. COLFS is also a family medicine practice, caring for the entire community through family medical care, natural family planning education, psychological counseling, and spiritual direction.
